Beautiful spacious accommodation lovely ambience. Top quality full english breakfasts. Lin is a star very considerate and helpful. They went out for the Sunday papers so we could stay is our PJ's all day. Beautiful person. beautiful location. Thanks for all you good work Lin.

After our first visit being cancelled because of the snow, this was definitely worth the wait ! We have had a very relaxing stay in the beautiful comfortable room, and our hosts have made us feel very welcome and at home. We'll be recommending Woody Lodge to friends. Hope to come again.

Thanks Lin for a lovely relaxed stay, may I make a few observations as an ex B&B owner in Herefordshire. (1) TV: re locate so we can watch in comfort in your lovely comfort bed. (2) Put a Micro wave in Conservatory for snacks. (3) Let us eat our breakfast with you in your lovely kitchen, a chat in the morning is good for the soul. Lots of good wishes, I'll come again. We enjoyed our brief stay here, whilst attending a wedding at Prestwold Hall. Really convenient location and comfortable room, we appreciated being able to have breakfast in our room and of course the lift to pick up out car ! many thanks. Mike & Anna

Such a tastefully decorated bedroom and bathroom, lovely conservatory and beautiful maintained garden. Very peaceful location and a bit of haven. Breakfast was superb. Thank you for such kind hospitality and warm welcome. Had a superb dinner at the Hammer & Pincers in Wymeswold, highly recommended. Look forward to coming back again to stay in August.

Very comfortable stay, we were well looked after and enjoyed having our own conservatory and view of interesting pretty garden as well as the attractively furnished bedroom. To Note: The Greyhound Inn in the village does not do food on Sunday nights, but they directed us to the Packe Arms in Hoton. The food there was good, not too expensive and the service was quick and friendly. Thank you for our very good stop en route from Newcastle to Dorset.

Lin made us feel welcome right from the start and was very helpful in giving us advice on places to visit. The room is delightful, absolutely peaceful and a joy to stay in and as for the Conservatory, well, that's an added bonus ! I enjoyed sitting there admiring the views. The cooked breakfast was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, hopefully we'll be able to make a return visit. Many Thanks.
