Name & address.  Number of guests.  Dates required.  Contact telephone number.
A non refundable deposit of £20 per night should be sent with all bookings.
Please make cheques payable to Lin Gresley.

The Garden Suite is £65.00 per night for two sharing including a good continental breakfast or £75.00 with full english breakfast, served to the Suite so guests may breakfast in bed, discounts for third night & over. Extra guests sharing the Suite using the garden room by arrangement.

Single occupancy business rate offered at £40.00 per night Monday to Thursday for more than two consecutive nights booked a reduction will be made,

Deposits must  be sent within a week of request with the balance paid on arrival.

In the event of cancellation this deposit will only be refunded should sufficient notice be given for the suite to be re-booked.

Arrival time is not a problem as arrangements can be given by email to collect keys at almost anytime, however we would be grateful if you would inform us of any changes or delays.

DEPARTURE TIME:  10.30 am.

FACILITIES:-

  • The Garden Suite is central heated throughout.
  • The Garden room has a selection of teas, coffees & biscuits, a kettle, fridge with milk & bottled water throughout the stay & a cupboard with crockery etc.
  • Clothes are pressed on request, especially for weddings.
  • We supply a hairdryer and lots of lovely potions & lotions in the bathroom.
  • There is a TV in each room plus books, puzzles & magazines.
  • Roses from the garden when available.
  • The rooms are serviced each day for freshness.
  • Breakfast is served to the Suite so guests may breakfast at leisure if they wish with all food preferences catered for.
  • Next day transport to retrieve cars from Prestwold weddings when available.
  • Secure parking on private drive on private lane.
  • WiFi connection for your computer is also available.

PLEASE NOTE:

Woody Lodge has a strictly non smoking policy in order to maintain a high safety standard, cleanliness and quality of decor. Please use the great outdoors.
We regret that due to our ornamental pond for safety reasons Woody Lodge is unsuitable for children under the age of 12.

BREAKFAST

Is served from a selection of cereals, croissants, toast, home made fruit smoothies, yogurt, jams, honey, marmalade with teas, coffee and fruit juice. Cooked breakfast on request is £5.00 per head (full English or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon).
Breakfast is served between 7 am & 9.00 am by prior arrangement and brought to the suite for you to help yourself from the trolley.
